Welcome to KwikWash Limited (“KwikWash”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the KwikWash website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. About KwikWash
KwikWash is an online marketplace that connects users (“Customers”) with independent car wash operators, mobile valeters, and professional detailers (“Service Providers”). KwikWash does not provide car washing or detailing services directly. All services booked through the Platform are performed by independent Service Providers.

2. Use of the Platform
By using KwikWash, you agree that you:
  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Will provide accurate and truthful information
  • Will not misuse the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes
  • Will keep your account details secure
KwikWash may refuse access, suspend accounts, or terminate usage for any violation of these Terms.

3. Bookings & Customer Responsibilities
When you book a service through KwikWash:
  • You form a direct contract with the Service Provider
  • KwikWash acts only as a booking facilitator and payment intermediary
Customers must ensure:
  • Accurate details are provided regarding vehicle type, location, and service needs
  • The vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
  • Safe working conditions are available for mobile valeters
Failure to provide acceptable conditions may result in cancellation or additional fees.

4. Service Provider Responsibilities
All Service Providers are independent businesses responsible for:
  • Delivering services professionally and safely
  • Ensuring staff competence
  • Maintaining required insurance (especially for mobile operations)
  • Setting accurate prices and availability
  • Complying with all applicable regulations
KwikWash does not control, supervise, or guarantee the actions or quality of Service Providers.

5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through KwikWash using approved payment processors.
By completing a booking, you authorise KwikWash to:
  • Charge the payment method provided
  • Hold or release funds in accordance with cancellation and refund policies
  • Provide digital receipts and confirmations
KwikWash may charge a service or platform fee where applicable.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Customer Cancellations
Each Service Provider sets their own cancellation policy.
Refunds depend on when the cancellation occurs relative to the appointment time.
  • Early cancellations: Usually refundable
  • Late cancellations/no-shows: May be fully chargeable
Provider Cancellations
If the Service Provider cancels:
  • You will receive a full refund
  • You may rebook with another provider
KwikWash reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in dispute cases.

7. Service Quality & Liability
KwikWash is not liable for:
  • The quality of the service
  • Damage to vehicles caused by Service Providers
  • Items left inside vehicles
  • Delays, cancellations, or failure to perform by Service Providers
Any issues with service quality must be reported within 24 hours for investigation.
KwikWash may assist in mediating disputes but is not responsible for outcomes.

8. Reviews & Feedback
Customers may submit reviews after completed services.
By posting a review, you agree that:
  • The review is truthful and based on real experience
  • KwikWash may display, edit, or remove reviews as necessary
  • You will not post defamatory, abusive, or false content
KwikWash retains the right to hide or remove reviews that violate policies.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform—logos, branding, text, images, software, and design—is the property of KwikWash Limited.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or reproduce material without written permission.

10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt operations
  • Create false bookings
  • Harass or abuse partners or staff
  • Misrepresent your identity or vehicle details
Violations may result in suspension or legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • KwikWash is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
  • KwikWash’s total liability is limited to the value of the affected booking
  • Nothing excludes liability for fraud or anything that cannot be legally excluded

12. Data Protection & Privacy
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is collected, used, and protected.

13. Changes to These Terms
KwikWash may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect upon posting on www.kwikwash.co.uk.
Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts located in London.
